A group of great people gathered for another fun day in Camden, SC.
Available for use, and some of it was definitely used were: hula hoops, water pistols, boulder toss, Leggos, bubbles, yo-yos, jump rope, plus a whole slew of other things to occupy the day in addition to just vegging out in the sun, the shade, and their new hot tub.
The grilled hamburgers/cheeseburger, k-bobs, and hot dogs were complimented by the baked Vidallia onions, and Terry's homemade macaroni salad. Dessert was scrumptious: banana splits with
a variety of toppings, and brownies. We welcomed another new member who drove over 4 hours to visit with Travelites.
This coming weekend (Memorial Day Weekend) we're scheduled to be at Carolina Foothills Saturday,
Sunday, and leaving on Monday. Please let me know if you will be joining in on the fun weekend so I can add you to the visitor list. The more Travelites who attend, the lower the rates. Dinner for Saturday needs to be reserved in advance as well.
May 31st, Travelites will welcome prospective members and those who are just curious. We'll be having videos from TNS as well as AANR playing. This will be a clothed event until after a 6:30 potluck supper when the hot tub will be welcoming all of us.
June 14th is Travelites' 21st Anniversary. We'll be having a hamburger cookout at our place. All we need to make it better is some good friends and side dishes. Please let me know if you'll be here for that as well.
