In the past year I have seen ads for both Terra Cotta Inn and Morningside Inn indicating that both of these Palm Springs, California properties are for sale.

If you dig a little further you will see that they mention that one of the pool/spa areas is clothing optional.

I visited the Inn's web site. CO wasn't listed anywhere at all. Very discrete!

Borrego Valley Inn is for sale. We've never been, but I don't think they emphasized the "clothing optional" aspect of their business.
