Do you know of any campgrounds that allow nude campers or are nude friendly in some way?

We're assembling here a great list of clothing optional campgrounds that allow nude camping.

Just a quick post to say that we're still offering clothing optional camping at Camp Full Monte in Montenegro http://full-monte.com. Last year was our best year ever and we're optimistic about the future. There are now even more budget airlines offering reasonable deals on flights to Montenegro from the rest of Europe. Montenegro and the wider Balkan region is losing it's (unjustified) image of being an unsafe area as memories of the terrible conflicts in the early 90's are now fading. Unlike some of the more northern Balkan countries, Montenegro suffers far less mass tourism and it's easy to escape the crowds and enjoy the spectacular scenery and nature. Just google "images wild beauty Montenegro" and you'll see what we mean.

So if you're looking for a unique camping destination add Montenegro to your bucket list. Remember, if you don't want the hassle of carrying camping gear we can even offer a stay in one of our luxury equipped hire tents.

There's a campground on the GA/FL line called Hidden River Resort. It's on a 80-90 acre tract with primitive camp sites and hiking trails through part of it. Wide open space on another part and RV sites with water & Elec hookups. Nice pool too.

I've only been there on a day trip during the week with my girlfriend (<---at the time) and we had the place almost to ourselves. Maybe 2-3 other peeps. We covered every bit of the hiking trails on our bikes before hitting the pool and chit chatting with the owner. It was a great way to spend the day.

I hope to get back over there soon to camp out. Probably by myself this time. I hope it's as quiet and uncrowded as it was when I was there before. Although, I'm guessing, a weekend will probably draw more people.

Tiger lady don't forget the 9 hole disc golf course. I have been there the last couple of years to run the nude 5k, I really enjoy turtle lake resort.

God Intended for us to be nude, that is why it feels so right.

There is a small C/O campgrounds in western N.Y. we got to often. Rather spartan but good people and the sun always feels good. Overnight camping (tent ) is only $10 and RV camping is $15. Nice pool and hot tub. Check it out at www.brushwood.com In the end of July, they host a large pagan festival, Sirius Rising. Usually 1500 people. Most clothed but the rule is still C/O. The pool and hot tub is always either swim suit or "sky-clad". ( most naked swimming ) Family oriented.

In August my son and I were in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory looking for a hotel but some women's softball tournament was in town so no rooms at the inn. We drove north toward Dawson about 14 miles or so and found a Yukon Territories campground. It was about midnight, but not dark so we put up the tent and went to sleep. The next morning I spent time wandering around the camp naked while we got organized and found something to eat. There were a few smaller trees but I could see 2 or 3 other camps. I just ignored them and wandered around naked.

I still think any campground could be for nudists as long as the spot you chose was with plenty of cover behind shrubs, trees etc. I have openly changed clothes at a non nudist campground before with no issues being there were enough shrubs etc to almost conceal me from others view.

Can't seem to find that title, Bob. Do you, by any luck, have an author to go with that?

Thanks, Maria

look online or look at the bookstore for a book - camping for free it list campgrounds for free or super cheap camping $10. or less and includes alot of federal campground mostly primative and off the beaten path. not necessarily legal to be nude at but most are so hard to get to your probably going to find some laid back people. i checked out a few in my area and they were primative and limited to ten campsites .

Does anyone know about any nude campgrounds in or around new jersey? Or any campgrounds with secluded enough sites to go nude around?

On Vancouver Island there is Sol Sante Club. Very nice. I was there for 3 days 2 weeks ago. Lot's of Camping area.

You are allowed 14 visits per year without having to be a member.

Price was $29/day for myself and a tent site. Good facilities, including a kitchen with fridges and stoves, etc.

I enjoy going to the state parks for more primitive camping where you have a toilet but nothing more, so if you need to or desire to be clean you man or woman up lol and get naked in the local lake and wash off. I still feel that campgrounds in general that do not provide a shower facility but have a lake should allow for nude bathing between 5a-9am and 5p-9p each day. I have only been publicly nude at a non nudist campground in California one time, myself and a freind needed to change into our swimsuits me in mine, her in hers and we could not find a restroom or facility around the lake where we were at, so we just found a wooded area with minimal visibility by others and just took off our clothes and put on suits.

I have spent a lot of time at Orent Land Trust in Colorado. Great place. I found that often I was naked more often than other visitors, naked cooking breakfast, naked using the computer at the visitor center, naked hiking to the old mine or to the top of the mountain. Many of their customers are naked only at the hot springs and pools, but naked is welcome by management everywhere on site. You can live naked for days.

Its a great place to spend a very relaxing few days naked.

Blessings
