The Pelican Creek Hotel in Miami Beach Florida will have the pool "Clothing Optional" as of October 15 2002, it is located close to Haulover Beach (10 minutes).

Hi All,
Well the 1st of October has been and gone and we've managed a very successful changeover to be now operating our resort especially for fellow nudists. Our first week of operation has seen a large number of guests visiting, and being full on a couple of nights.
Saturday 5th October was our Official Grand Opening which attracted 100 plus people, with approximately 80 staying after 3pm when it was compulsory for all to disrobe. It was great to see a number of 1st timers joining in the festivities, and being comfortable enough to be as nature intended. A great day that far exceeded our expectations !!!
Our next big event is our Nude Years Eve Extravaganza with the theme of Proud To Be Naked. Use your imagination with Body paints, accessories, and anything else suitable to fit into the theme with great prizes to be won in various categories. We will have live music, body painting, dancing, games, and competitions. Reservations will be essential, so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.
So that's what's been happening, and is planned, in the Glorious Tropics of Far North Queensland, Australia at Australasia's Premier Nudist Resort. Please stop by and say hi....

Although not brand new, it is unique, and old enough for most kinks to have been worked out.
Clothing Optional Costa Rica at Casa Banda, in Nosara on the Pasific coast of Guanacaste, Costa
Rica, is a complex of 6 vacation rental apartments where you can be as nude as you wish, whenever you want, as long as you are inside the walls.
About 90% of guests are nudists/naturists upon arrival and the reluctant rest don't stay reluctant for very long.

Not all B&B's are frilly and foo-foo, Tom. You'll have to check out one of ours next time you do a non-wine country trip!

Thanks for sharing this B & B MrsAZLagoon. The Meadowlark Inn sounds wonderful and I note it's also recommended by a nudist travel agent in Texas. Normally I am not as big a fan of B & B's as my wife- many are too frilly and foo-foo for my taste- but this one looks very nice.
And close to the wineries as well!

Rumors from the conversation pool: a new nudist Napa Valley or Napa/Sonoma area Bed & Breakfast. Can anyone confirm this?
There aren't any websites or links to it yet. The concept of a B & B in the wine country is intriguing for couples. |

Sunnier Palms is still open. Fawlty Towers has gone back to being a clothed "family" hotel. Considering the number of new, chain hotels within blocks of their place (all with in-house bars and restaurants) I predict Fawlty will be out of business -- clothes and all -- by the end of this year. Too bad, but those are the facts as I see 'em.  |

Check out Louisiana's only nudist, family friendly resort. www.indianhillscamp.com Under new management and has a lot going on. If you're ever in the Slidell area, don't hesitate to stop by and visit. We'd be happy to give you a tour of the place and have events going on every weekend. |

Has Sunnier Palms moved from Ft. Pierce? I was not aware of the move. I have visited there many times in the past. It was in need of serious upgrade. |

Unfortunately these are way more than an hour or two from KC.
There is a resort in Stover, Mo. Show-me-Acres. The bad part is they only open on the weekend. Friday evening to Sunday evening. It'd be fine if I had weekends off, mine is Wednesday and Thursday.

Not really "new", sort of a "new, again" But I just found out that Cherokee resort in Crossville, TN is to be a nudist venue in 2010. Trying to find out about their Nature Trails, the website mentions them, but gives me no information. One of the huge disappointments for me about Rock Haven was the 'nature walk'. Anyway, Crossville is doable for me and I am cautiously excited! |
