One solution, that is obvious, is move out of Arkansas. That may sound like a impertinent answer, but if nudism is a big part of your life, that is something to think about. Yep, that might mean locating a job somewhere more friendly to nudism. It always seems to boil down to priorities, and doggone it anyway!
How far you can go without destroying from within what you are trying to defend from without?

I found the Arkansas law, and the laws of other states, pertaining to public nudity here: http://www.nudistlaw.com Many, if not all, states publish their laws on the Internet. I'd suggest that you search the Internet for the laws of the state you're interested in Sheryl, and see what you can find.

bare bill how do i find out what states don't allow nude resorts. i would love to open a nude resort when i retire.

One can't help but wonder why the Arkansas legislature found it necessary to enact such a law. Some aspects would be difficult to enforce. Seems to me that couples who live together without getting married would be in jeopardy. It is ludicrous.

That says it all, BareBill. Can't be any more explicit than that. Makes one wonder what goes through the mind of lawmakers when they enunciate such laws. One might think that they have law enforcement officials everywhere checking out who is nude and why.

It is a violation of Arkansas state law to be naked in the presence of any person of the opposite sex who is not your spouse. It is also illegal to advocate, demonstrate, or promote nudism. Consequently, I believe there are no nude venues in Arkansas.
According to nudistlaw.com the state law reads: Section 5-68-204. You may not be nude in Arkansas in the presence of any person of the opposite sex who is not your spouse It shall be unlawful for any person, club, camp, corporation, partnership, association, or organization to advocate, demonstrate, or promote nudism, or for any person to rent, lease, or otherwise permit his land, premises, or buildings to be used for the purpose of advocating, demonstrating, or promoting nudism.
