Posted - 12/21/2012 : 9:23:34 PM Why does some people think being naked means sex is part of it. I have no problem with sex, or sex on the beach for that matter. It is probably a beautiful thing. But in respect to others I would hope the couple would remove themselves from others or at least ask anyone in visual distance if they were ok with it. Don't think they'd get many positive responses though. I'd like to meet the couple that would walk around asking permission though. If you'd be too embarrassed to ask then you should be too embarrassed to fulfill you fantasy. |

Exactly the sort of behavior that can get a beach closed to nudity, or at the very least guarantees that no women will go there.

Posted - 11/23/2011 : 8:55:27 PM I think the comments here generally refer to the USA where we have high police visibility and people who get instant police action from their cell phones. On European beaches and probably some Aussie beaches sex on the beach where anyone can watch happens. |

Posted - 11/22/2011 : 11:13:47 AM Having sex on the beach is wonderful, but only as long as there is ABSOLUTELY no possibility of anyone seeing you or passing by while you're 'engaged' and not paying attention. Obviously this means that it's a bad idea in 99.99% of places. |

Posted - 11/18/2011 : 11:51:14 AM I agree with nudeman72. I tend to favor freedom and bodies. Natural bodies are always beautiful to watch. I would much rather watch love than violence. |

Posted - 11/17/2011 : 9:54:13 PM sex on a nudist beach sets a bad example and those that do aren't real nudist, it would be great to have nude beaches everywhere but when local officals or anti-nudist group can show it happens it hurts us all, i have only read but i think haulover beach with it's beach ambassadors don't allow this to happen and makes the beach more enjoyable. when you see it happening stop and stare maybe take a picture and show it to a ranger or other law enforcement. |

Posted - 03/14/2011 : 8:42:13 PM MissGreedily posted five times in a couple months she was here and that was two years ago. Three of those posts were about some guys jerking off on the beach.
Come on people add it up .... Troll Alert.
If you have sex on the beach make sure it's on a textile beach so it doesn't reflect on our nudist beaches.

Posted - 01/17/2011 : 05:45:29 AM What can I say, NudeSunGuy? I'm just too nice a guy!
Some California beaches are plenty roomy, depending on which ones. If all the nude areas were filled with sexual behavior, then, I would go to another one. Eventually, these oversexed people will make nude beaches more difficult to keep going, and that would be a deep tragedy for us all. One beach, which I have been to is Limantour Beach. It's a big one, and there is room for clothed people, naturists, and sexaholics.
I'd still like to see specialized beaches in California. One for each type, but with more beaches available for textile folks, because there are simply more of them. Maybe a hard-to-get-to beach could be for only sex. That is my fanciful thinking, but it isn't a bad idea. Each type of person wants their kind of beach. The whole of the coastline does not have to be only for one kind of beach-goer, but that idea shows too much common sense to become law.

Posted - 01/16/2011 : 11:04:18 AM Warm, I think you're being a little too generous in your evaluation. Here's a quote from the Gardian's Nude Beach Guide:
"In fact, San Gregorio has, over the years, become mostly a gay hangout and pickup spot. Want to give it a try? First-timers are sometimes annoyed (as I was, years ago) by the driftwood structures on the sandy slope leading down to the beach, which are used by some visitors as "sex condos."
Because of these "sex condos" my wife refuses to go to this lovely beach. And one has to wonder if this behavior would be tolerated if it was het couples doing the condo coupling...

Posted - 01/15/2011 : 7:59:23 PM On one northern California nude beach, folks build small sex huts out of driftwood, so as not to be seen by others. Fortunately, these people find places far away from the crowds.

Posted - 01/15/2011 : 11:26:06 AM I think having sex in public is illegal just about everywhere, whereas mere nudity is not, at least in some places. If people want to have sex openly in public, they need to change the law and then get their own beaches for such activity; most nudists don't want them around.

Posted - 10/20/2009 : 01:04:37 AM Yes. When I was at the nudist camp. The problem with nudity -- it was more fun in the old days to go to Plato's Retreat -- which had a more libidinous atmosphere -- I could take my clothes off, and walk around knowing that it was openly sexual. In the nudist camps there was this sense that people were all covertly eyeing each other and pretending that they weren't. One of the guys who worked on Jaybird who wasn't a nudist said, "They're just intellectual exhibitionists. They can't openly admit that they want to show off so they have to come up with a philosophy for their exhibitionism." |
