Posted - 02/25/2017 : 2:42:36 PM I'm happy to announce that the owners of Cherokee Resort will now be reopening part of the property under the name Cherokee Garden Of Eden on March 18th. For now, it will only have primitive camping, but the small church from the old resort will be there, and I wouldn't doubt that they're planning on expanding into full-blown resort again, eventually.

Posted - 02/22/2009 : 4:22:45 PM Unfortunately, this resort is permanently closed as a nudist resort- and will, from this point on, be run as a "family friendly RV site".
R.I.P., Cherokee; the times I spent there were fun ones indeed.

Posted - 11/12/2008 : 1:02:31 PM Right now the park is closed due to legal struggles. Hopefully come warmer weather, the legal problems will have been solved, and whatever the name is, the park will reopen. Teva |
