Posted - 06/27/2009 : 09:09:45 AM I think that NOT allowing any links to any commercial sites of any kind is the only way to prevent this from filling up with spam ...'the thin edge of the wedge' ... congrats Admin..keep them all out !! |

Posted - 10/27/2007 : 10:45:55 AM AANR produced "Welcome to Our World" and TNS produced several including "Body Possitive," both of which are educational. I have put together WTOW and another TNS video for viewing at my lectures to Universities.

Posted - 10/27/2007 : 04:31:36 AM I have grave doubts about the intentions of some the companies marketing 'nudist' videos, even if there is a reasonable story line or a documentary commentary they are few and far between, the vast majority of videos are either amateurish or thinly veiled porn and neither should be supported.
There are movies, such as 'Confetti' which feature naturism but are not about naturism, they don't fall into this category as far as I'm concerned, many of them use naturism as a gratuitous way of introducing naked women to the storyline, so not truly a naturist movie.
I once borrowed a video from a friend, it was of Vera Playa in Spain where I was planning to visit, the video was made by a well known producer of naturist videos in the UK, it only featured the glamour girls he took with him (Its always the same girls in all his videos whatever part of the world it may be.) and the commentary was wooden, it was so bad I couldn't watch it through to the end, and it told us nothing about the resort, absolutely nothing.
I wouldn't waste my money on buying naturist videos, unless I was looking for titillation of course!

Posted - 10/26/2007 : 6:40:44 PM You can't put all Naturist Videos in the same bag. "Educating Julie", for example, is a nudist video, and it is not exploitative in any shape or form; it is meant to be educative and positive. It has a storyline, comedic moments and does convey the essence of what nudism is all about. There are also a few other documentaries that only seek to inform, inspire and educate. They are not meant to replace the actual experience of nudism; but rather provide some background and inspiration. Here's my analogy: I love martial arts and practicing it; but every now and then, I enjoy popping in an old Jackie Chan or Bruce Lee flick to inspire me and renew my enthusiasm.
Other that that, I agree. So-called "Nudist videos" that are actually 45 minutes of a group of teens and preteens playing nude, aside from the fact that they bother me greatly, do nothing to explain or educate as to what nudism is really all about. |

Posted - 10/26/2007 : 3:38:00 PM Absolutely right PK.
I could never understand the value of 'Naturist Videos'. You just can't replicate the feelings, sensations or general sense of being 'in touch' with nature (or yourself).
I enjoy looking back on our photo's from years ago - but would be bored looking at someone else's holiday snaps. |

Posted - 10/26/2007 : 03:32:38 AM I don't consider any kind of video to be suitable naturist material, naturism is about how you feel not what you see, I see no value in watching other people naked whatsoever.
The sheer exhilarating feeling of sun and air on your body cannot be reproduced by video, its like being a Connoisseur of fine food and wines then watching a video of people dining in a restaurant, doesn't work does it?

Posted - 10/25/2007 : 6:12:10 PM so are you saying that these videos fall to close to the line to consider them on either side, or are you just saying not to use the domain name? |

Posted - 10/24/2007 : 7:05:27 PM quote: Wild Tigers I Have Known (2005) | DVD | SYNOPSIS: Logan, soft spoken, lonely and 13 years old, is a boy with a crush. Unlike his equally lonely friend Joey, who obsesses over the sexual exploits of the slightly older, postpubescent boys, Logan is fixated on the boys themselves, particularly Rodeo Walker...
The above is an example taken from a page of that site describing one of the titles sold. It's for this reason we won't allow linking to it, nor even typing the domain name. The snippet is included only to provide a reason for those requiring one.
Thanks for not linking to the site, schooljack358, but I had to remove the domain name from your comment. We're not about to provide even one visitor to these types of sites. If someone's that curious, they can Google it.
Videos from ****films may be technically legal, but this type of website is not within our subject matter. |
