Here something you could do for me, Matt Smalls.
I have a house. I owe $724,000 on it. The house, unfortunately is worth only $98,000 due to some minor deficiencies, such as my house is sinking, due to a river that has re-routed itself during the last flood. It now runs down my hallway, but it's not that bad; I use a jet ski to get to my room. Oh yes, while I'm at it, my roof got blown off in the last tornado. I have it covered with a bunch of blue tarp I got at a close-out sale. I can't resist those bargains.
I have no plumbing - you guessed it -- the last earthquake knocked over my outhouse, and the well caved in, too. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention in that last 20,000 acre grass fire, my garage burned down. All considered, I feel very lucky in my life.
So, you can see that I need your services badly. When can we do business, Matt? Are there any forms to fill out? Just email them to me.
