Posted - 01/02/2007 : 01:05:15 AM I was hopeing someone could help me on this topic.. I'm looking for any clothing op. beaches or resorts in or around Puerto Vallarta. I would imagine beaches in or around there, or in Mexico in general, are pretty clothing op. friendly, but a dedicated nudist beach would be preferable, if anyone can help me..=)

Posted - 01/19/2003 : 10:17:42 AM Ed, It's not Babelfish that's the problem because it worked for me.
Port Angel counts on beautiful crystalline water beaches, and a sea of intense green and blue colors, with diverse types of surge.
This one is a calm port of fishermen, of peasant and exceptional beauty, surrounded by great cliffs covered with exuberante vegetation.
In the Main beach or of the Wharf the fishermen of the place offer their boats to make tourist routes by main beaches of the port, or to practice the recreational fishing out to sea.
The Ixtacahuite beach is suitable to practice the diving and the recreational fishing, because as opposed to this one is a reef of chorale of extraordinary beauty, in addition to the beach the Fuze that by its little depth is possible to practice the free diving.
Another singular beach is the one of Zipolite whose main attraction must to that it is the only nudist beach in Mexico. She is concurred enough, mainly by foreign tourists who please to enjoy the sun and to practice aquatic sports to open sea. By their strong surge and the sea currents that in her appear, are recommended to take precautions. Contiguous to Zipolite is the Beach of the Love, the calmest corner of the site, it is an ideal small beach to separate and to rest.
CROSSING PORT ANGEL
Observation of flora and fauna The stroll begins leaving Huatulco or Port Hidden via terrestrial, to Port Angel, typical town of fishermen, where they visit the wharf, walking tourist and the beach of the Pantheon. There you will be able to enjoy its calm and crystalline waters.
Later you will visit the Mexican Center of the Turtle, unique in Latin America, directed to the protection of the species of the marine turtle. When going to this center one goes through the beach of Zipolite.
diving The route begins leaving Huatulco or Port Hidden towards Port Angel, where their calm crystalline waters are enjoyed to swim. In addition you will be able to admire the predominant vegetation of manglares and medium forest subcaducifolia.
To dive will allow you to know the Mexican Pacific in another scope. It explores reefs of chorale, the rest of a sunk boat and knows the flora and the fauna marine.
Thanks to the nature, combined with the practice of the diving, you will be able to find great diversity of flora and marine fauna and with luck to admire three of the seven species of turtles that arrive at the Mexican coasts: sea turtle, dark and golfina.
SERVICES
Port Angel offers a simple tourist plant integrated by economic hotels, of 1 to 3 stars, with fields for rolling houses, diverse inns, cabins and inns. Restaurants specialized in national, international food and seafood also exist, as well as a range of dining rooms, small restaurants and palapas.
Also, a group of boatmen serves of rent of equipment and boats for fishing and navigation.
HOW TO ARRIVE Port angel is located to the south of the city of Oaxaca, to 250 kilometers on federal highway no. 175.
If you travel in public transport, you can approach a bus of the line " Star of the Valley ", that offers a daily exit to 23:15 hours, with an approximated passage of 7 hours. Another option is to travel to Hidden Port and to approach an urban bus or to contract a taxi in special trip there.
