I read a story on some press release sites that told Nudistmingle.com is an amazing site for nudist dating. I am an AANR member over 3 years. However, my family is against it. I would like to try Nudistmingle.com to see if I am lucky enough to meet someone who can share my lifestyle. Does anyone know that website? Any tips on dating others? The site URL is :

I was there for a few months, and I've given up on it.
I don't think it's all that bad, but it really wasn't working. First off, there's about a 20:1 male to female ratio. And yeah, I had a handful of men hit on me (who obviously hadn't read my profile to see if I was straight). But I can only imagine that the women on the site get absolutely overwhelmed by advances of the men, who I suspect are mostly not nudists, but guys trolling for pictures.
I did meet a few nice women (all of whom approached ME, not one responding to a wink or e-mail FROM me). Unfortunately, they were all thousands of miles away, and some were already in relationships.
meh. Try it if you want. It's not for me. |

I'm signed up on [Spam site removed].com. I just tried my username and password on NudistMingle.com and it worked. I actually took me to [Spam site removed]. I've been a "freebie" on the site for about a month, "widower, 61, looking for a wife...", you know. ONE GAY response, and one real. That's it! Most women don't post photos of ANY kind. I figure they're phony. FYI

I am a member of [Spam site removed]. I am also a member of nudecanadian as well. If you weed out the things that bother you can find some usefull information. I am not a paid member but through the blogs and forums I have made some great local contacts. There are a lot of predatory males both straight and gay that are a bit annoying. It would only be worse for a lady. |

Having two entry points to their product doesn’t make them shady. It occurs to me that the reason for 2 sites that are one and the same could be just to get more people directed to them. More people will likely stumble on them that way. Makes good business sense. It doesn’t cost much to buy a domain name and it would block somebody else from buying it and starting competition too. They are after all, trying to sell a product.
My member name is alfresco. As far as its effectiveness, the ladies aren’t beating a path to my door. My profile has been viewed by 6 users since I started it on 11/27. At the free level, you can specify the state, but you can’t narrow down to any closer than 50 miles from your zip code. It will show members who are closer, but even when I say Minnesota-50 miles, I still get results from Minnesota to Europe. Not real productive. I’m sure nobody else wants to scroll through the whole planet to find a few locals either.

Hello everyone. I tried to register a profile last week after getting this topic. The two sites are the same, but I don't care.
I receieved a letter from a paid member yesterday, I like his profile, so I replied him. Hopefully I can meet friends there. |

You're right. It isn't worth paying for. And at the free level it's pretty limited. Too hard to narrow searches to your area for example. I've had some people view, but no responses. At least I haven't been harrassed--yet.

As Nomad stated this is the same website. I tried and my user name and ID works for both sites. Why would they ([Spam site removed]/mingle)need two websites for the same purpose? |

I just now went on and gave it a try. I'm not terribly impressed. Too many guys who insist on beind nude with their legs spread as far as they go- I was scared they were going to get hurt! Plus, around 1/3- 1/2 of those splayed men had to be erect between. Not sure who they thought they were going to impress there. Not that everyone was like that, just too many for my taste. I have a very 'clean' profile up that clearly says that I'm looking for a Christian nudist, so we'll see what/ who writes me. I'll let you know....

I have tried them, but having all my emails many others ignored, I wonder about their site. Oh, there was one email back to me, but nothing ever came about after that. I really went the extra mile in being friendly without being a pest.
I suspect the ratio of men to women is quite high on that site, as it can woth others.

you can chat with and even do live chat with people on nudei. Now i dont know how ficticious they are but there are a lot of people on there from france and uk. they seem to be nice and whenever you sign up you can have your contacts come in by email. They post a lot of photos of themselves |

You're right. It is the same site. I signed up to give it a shot and try to form an opinion on it. There are indeed some questionable people on there. As always, there are some on there just looking for sex. There isn't a site that exists that doesn't have some of those. But I did find quite a few ladies in my area that are worth investigating. By their posting guidelines and rules, I'm sure their intent is to try to run a clean site.
I'd say it's definitely better than any I’ve seen before and worth giving a try, at least on the free level.
