I am looking to buy either an operating nudist resort (complete with members) or suitable real estate on which to start a new one. Any leads would be appreciated.

We are starting a new nudist camp at Ft. Hancock, Texas, just 35 miles Southeast of El Paso and just off Texas I 10. We now have some of the paths cleared and starting the floors for bath house. We will have a pool, vollyball court, cabins and hook ups. At this point we are just interested in people who want to help to start or just check out what we are doing. As you were wanting to buy, we would consider talking of a new owner. We just want to get it going and as soon as possible as summer is almost here. Whispering Pines sale has gone through. The new owner gets the key on Dec. 15.
nat3302, Cherokee/Cumberland has the park in legal dispute. Here's hoping it will re-open in the spring.

Interesting ..I did not know that ... I did know that Bell Acres at Maysville, GA has been up for sale for many months. Timberline Resort near Crossville closed a couple of years ago, and Cherokee just closed indefinitely just a few months ago ... leaving two resorts still open --- Rock Haven near Murfreesboro TN and Serdendipity near Cleveland GA, in the northern AL/southern TN/northern GA areas. Where are the investors?

If somebody could set up a nudist resort/condo complex in South East Queensland (Australia, that would seriously suit me to the ground. We have a lot of cheap flights from Auckland to Brisbane so it would be easy for me to get to and the weather would support it very well. If I won lotto on the weekend, I'd do it myself  |

Whispering Pines as well as Cedar Creek in South Carolina are both for sale; the sale of Cherokee/Cumberland is having problems as well |

Rich- It's too bad you weren't in the market for a club when Swallows was up for sale. That was a big loss for nudism in Southern California.
