We have a split plan home that we could use as a B & B.....Sperate from the main house, own room/bathroom etc.......Havent decided on what to charge. What do you think would be reasonable? |

yep, our house has a solar heated pool but after last night its down to 65

If there is a pool on the premises, then of course nightly rates shuld be closer to $50.00 a night - maybe more. |

Know what U mean about the MIL.
Don't need problems that are hard to explain.
Sorry about the b4 xmas date but I think the boss has me back in that area in March, will keep U in mind for a weeks stay if avail.
will need to commute to Tampa several days, then it's the Beach for me.

THNX Nat. Yep we figured that was about right too but maybe closer towards the $50.
BIMS.....b4 Xmas we shall be full. For the first time the M-I-L and a neice will be here. The pool will be a nice warm 70 by then, Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
But in Nov and then Jan and on, we shall be fine and will be doing some discrete advertising

That information helps...it is a 3 year old house, the room is separate, is is 14 X 17, and has a bathroom.
How about in the $35.00 - $50.00 a night range? |

Staging? We dont have to "stage" it. Just asked a question on what do people think is resonable to charge. The house is 3 yrs old. The room is 14 x 17. Own bathroom suite etc.

Why not start a project .. of "staging" the property, i.e. set up the interior for guests, then make some clear pictures of it. Most resorts and even some B&B's use these photos on their websites to provide potential guests the "hook" to call and request more info, and even make reservations. |
