Posted - 01/22/2015 : 8:34:12 PM If I were back in the 7th grade, I'd refer to her pen name as "Prude Dunce." Fortunately, I'm not in the 7th grade, but I have memories of how I talked back then.

Posted - 01/01/2015 : 07:40:13 AM Ms. Prudie is not in touch with her parents, who may have attended Woodstock, where they got naked. No flower child, Ms. Prudie. Like any high-society woman from the Victorian Age, she finds the human body disgusting. That says more about her insecurities than it does about nudism. I wonder if she showers with her raincoat on.
She proves once again that the only life form on earth that has problems with its own body is the human race.

Posted - 12/27/2014 : 9:26:36 PM I also read Emily Yoffe's other article about her visits to a "nudist colony." She seems to dislike her body, and seems slightly annoyed that there are others that don't dislike theirs. As one of the comments said (paraphrasing): "Why is it that so many "progressive" women are uptight about nudity?" Indeed.
From her photograph, Ms. Yoffe appears to be in her 40's, and yet she seems surprised/dismayed that female breasts sag? That is what natural breasts do, sometimes even on young women. And it's not offensive/ugly/negative in any way. In fact, men find all breasts attractive. I feel sorry for her husband...

Posted - 12/25/2014 : 05:19:18 AM Social nudity may not be for Prudence, and that's fine for her. To each, their own. The real issue here is between the husband and wife. Didn't he know what he was getting into when he married her? They need to have some serious discussions soon about what limits and boundries, if any, they want to impose on their lifestyle. Their kids seem old enought to start talking to about this subject and begin to abide by what rules the adults impose. Marraige and Parenting 101.
The sadest part of being a nudist is putting clothes on to enter the textile world. |
