Posted - 06/18/2009 : 7:12:34 PM Hi, I was chilling out in my above ground pool. In addition to that I have complete 7 feet fence around my house, the pool is just half full, so you cannot possibly see me from outside if you stay on your toes, or jump like a crazy baboon... but.... Today, I saw a helicopter passing me, so when I heard it first, I put a newspaper over me, so no national treasure is seen. After 5 minutes it came back at low altitude and started circling around my backyard. First, I was impressed by the attention, but then I got annoyed. The helicopter left right after I put my shorts on. Now, it made me wandering... can I get in trouble?.. or can I put or should put somebody in trouble?.. It is very easy to track a helicopter in Arizona, since only goverment, police, tv stations, and hospitals have them.
Please advise. |

Generally, if a person has to go out of their way to see you nude you are legal. If you were in a secluded area by your pool the pilot may be in trouble if he or she overflew the area several times without reason.
What you may want to do if this happens again is to write down the number on the aircraft, or at least given the impression that you are doing so because violations of air regulations carry a stiff penalty.
IIRC a minimum of 500' from buildings or people. Has been many years, so it could have changed.
How can people develop wholesome clean thoughts about nudity when they are taught that immorality is ok? People can only harvest from what is planted. |

Posted - 06/25/2009 : 09:09:25 AM *L* we have the opinion that our arrival nude on our deck has some mystical attraction to aircraft ...they MUST have taken off and headed this way long before we go out and we are not regular in our sunbathing times ... so it is magic !! *L* Also a pilot , ( sold the bird long ago **[[SNIFF]]**), and except for helicopters and ultra lights .. you gottah look real quickly ...*L* .. |

Posted - 06/24/2009 : 12:01:59 AM aircraft private and military fly over the house all the time never had one circle though. several years ago on two different occasions and at two different nudist resorts had a plane buzz one resort a half dozen times, than one resort had two military helicopter buzz several times. if one buzzed my house i wouldn't cover up as he's now in my space. |
