The lot is in Sky Valley, California. It's on the other side (north) of I-10 from Palm Springs, and NE of Desert Hot Springs. I would want to know a great deal more about the water supply (I suspect you would need a very deep well to reach the aquifer) before I forked over 3 mil ... even if I HAD 3 mil.
