we need to learn more to protect our selfs, your rights in the usa are unalienable, given by your creator, they can not be given or taken away.
we have not learned our rights and how to protect them, we have been misdirected and misinformed. I am going to give you three links to videos and a radio show archive. the information will take quite allot of time to learn but the freedom you will experience from the right knowledge will set you free once again, you can only protect your rights if you are correctly informed. please take the time to learn all of this information. this goes beyond naturism, it is your natural given right to be free. check out these 12 videos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hu3hYAAopcs
and these 42 Videos http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=619A965C8494F652
this show and its archives http://ruleoflawradio.com/archive/ will show you exactly how to protect your self and your rights in all situations.
we have been deliberately pacified and tricked. we have been asleep at the wheel for long enough, if we do not wake up now it may be to late. your freedom goes beyond the right to be nude.
I know this sounds like allot but it is amazing stuff and what I learned changed how I understand everything. please take a look. ShamanCola

There are no laws that give you any right to practice nudism, naturism, or be nude. Some regional and local laws allow that. Teva

Forgive me for saying this but I believe we don't need to have a right specifically enumerated in our laws to be a right. I seem to recall that from my basic government classes. Something about life liberty and the persuit of happiness.

You do have those rights nude, but as long as your rights do not interfere with anyone else's rights.
This may be where I differ from other nudists, I don't believe us nudists deserve anymore rights than anyone else. If you want to be nude, do it at home, in your back yard, at a nudist colony, or a nude beach. There are plenty of places. I think the nudist community would be devastated if everyone walked around nude. I believe perverts and pedophiles would run wild. With a Nudist colony it is a private club that can allow or disallow anyone they choose. That include the perverts and pedophiles among us.

Our rights were never granted to us by government, nor can government give anyone rights. Our rights are innate, our true heritage. Governments can try to suppress and separate our rights from us. The founders were wise enough to enumerate our rights in the constitution, but that act did not give us anything we didn't already have. The most fundamental right is to be left alone, wherein we would not hurt others, or steal their property.
Nudism is widely regarded as inappropriate for the general population, at least in the USA. These opposers of nudism feel it would hurt them to see nudists in ordinary life situations. Additionally, these folks might feel that their sense of normality was being stolen by us nudists.
However, we have the right of contract, and governments must honor the right of contracting except for unconscionable contracts. Thus, the government cannot proclaim that nudist resorts are illegal. Where is the victim? There are none.
Government can create privileges, and have done so generously, much to our detriment. Some people mistake privileges for rights.
If you want to have some fun, ask people where our rights came from.

LOL, Honeysuckle, remember to store a lot of frozen food, fresh fruits and vegetables, birthday candles, dairy products. That way, if there is a national emergency next year, you'll be all set. Send me $5,000 and I'll rush these things to you. Due to financial limitations, I cannot include any clothing in this order. So it looks as if you'll have to go nude. I hope you are not disappointed.
Now go to your room for an hour for being a wise guy, uhh, er wise gal. <snicker>

I think nudists deserve equal liberties with the rest of society. Gays, blacks, Mexicans, Muslims and Sci-Fi fans have all become accepted by the mainstream - we are the only ones who are still segregated.
I'd like to see a world which is like Cape d'Agde where everyone can go around dressed or undressed as they please without any retribution.

PORTLAND,Ore. —An Oregon man who stripped nude at Portland’s airport security to protest what he saw as invasive measures was found not guilty of indecent exposure.
Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge David Rees ruled yesterday that John Brennan’s act was one of protest and therefore, protected speech.
Joel Petersen,Multnomah County deputy district attorney, had argued that Brennan’s strip-down was an act of indecent exposure.
“I was aware of the irony of removing my clothes to protect my privacy,” Brennan said from the witness stand yesrterday.
On April 17,Brennan arrived at the airport intending to take a business trip to San Jose,Calif. He works with groups in Silicon Valley and flies out of Portland International Airport about once a month.
When he reached the security area,he declined to go through the airport’s body scanners, instead choosing the alternative metal detector and body pat-down. After the pat-down,Transportation Security Administration officer Steven Van Gordon detected nitrates on the gloves he used to check Brennan.
“For me,time slowed down,” Brennan said. “I thought about nitrates and I thought about the Oklahoma City bombing.”
Brennan said before his trial that after months of angst every time he went through security, the nitrate detection was the final straw for him, a wordless accusation that he was a terrorist.
So he took off all his clothes.
A TSA agent stacked plastic crates high onto several carts and positioned them around Brennan. Port of Portland police arrested Brennan and took him to the Multnomah County Jail.
Brennan,50,demanded a jury trial in early May,but was turned down.
Brennan insisted he didn’t go to the airport intending to protest. He had called the Port of Portland —which operates the airport —a year earlier to ask whether Oregon’s rules involving nudity applied at the airport. Brennan said he was told that they did. Brennan said in court that he asked because he had considered nudity as an act of protest, but hadn’t found cause to strip down.
The law says that naked people are only breaking the law if they’re having sex in public or got undressed “with the intent of arousing the sexual desire” of another person.
But if Brennan truly was acting in protest,Petersen asked, then couldn’t anyone be arrested while naked make the same claim?
“Any person naked for any purpose will be able to say it was protected speech,” Petersen said.
Portland would be an interesting test case for such a question. After all, this is the city with the World Naked Bike Ride, before which police simply send out a light admonition to “all riders at least wear a helmet and shoes.”
As Brennan left the stand yesterday,he said that his protest was also intended to give the TSA an idea of the effect its policies had on travelers, especially the body-scanners that produce images of passengers without clothes on.
“I wanted to show them it’s a two-way street,” he said. “I don’t like a

I'm with you Al. Government interference in our expression of our personal space of clothes or speech, etc., is tyranny. It is a violation of our fundamental human rights.
On this topic a recently published opinion from the Naturist Action Group about Steve Gough is quite relevant. http://naturistactiongroup.org/nag-press-statement-on-steve-gough/
