I went down to the Desert Reef Hot Spring in Colorado yesterday and wanted to say that its probably the most laid back hot spring I have ever been to. The pool is a little small, and the water has a very high concentration oc calcium, but it was really a nice place to visit. There is also a meditation path outside the springs that you can walk while looking at the beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains.
It seemed a little expensive for non members (30.00 a couple) but it was very quiet and the ratio of men to women was even (my wife was the only one in a swimsuit)
If you in the area of Florence Colorado, you should check it out.
was it hard to find ? my wife and i just spoke tonight of going there. she really like the landscape, we read about it in the TNS magazine and she wants to go, so sometime this summer before i deploy we will go.

They were first timers, but I thought they were old pro's. My wife was in a suit that commented about and she heard me all the way across the pool. ( I guess it was the wrong thing to say) now she is on a protest and said she won't go to a place like that again with me. I told her not to let her protest get in the way of her happiness. Wow I am in the doghouse and need out bad. I really did not mean to upset her. I have just been trying so long to get her out of that suit! Time heals all? Sometimes it takes a lot of time with a wife. I once got in trouble with a short video I made of my naked wife applying spray tan that somehow got into a video collection we were showing a friend. She was so ticked off she went to visit her sister for moral support and her sister said (I kid you not), "You mean you let your husband see you naked?" LOL. That was the end of that crisis...
