I've been seeking a photographer for a nudist self project for a while with bad results. The "pro" photographers want a fortune, and want to keep all prints and copies for their portfolio. I want to pay to keep all the rights and copies personally. Most of them also don't "get" nudism and want to do boudoir shots. Amateur photographers are the way to go, I think.
Prefer to shoot this in Peru, where I am now and where people are less uptight about the subject, but Miami or Central FL are possible with the right person. Or I could travel if I met the right photographer.
If anyone knows anyone, or if you ARE someone who fits the bill, please message me here and I will give you my Yahoo. (Not sure if I can post my Yahoo ID here or not.) Please have samples (nudist or otherwise) to show your abilities, even if you are a photographer. Please, don't me a total newbie just trying to get a cheap thrill out of seeing me naked on camera for you. I am not interested in being your first nude subject.
Thanks!

FYI - crossing to my Playalinda beach post, the friend I sometimes travel with is a talented photographer even if functioning in an amateur status. Let me know if you're interested in seeing some of her work.

I know this is a late reply but I just want to chime in.
Almost all photographers, amateur or professional, will hold the rights to their work. I do. I don't give up rights. I will give out rights to reproduce but not give up my rights. See...the only way photographers survive is by having samples to show prospective clients. Just like you requested. Now, if no one lets the photographer keep the rights, like you don't want to do, then we wouldn't have samples to show you. See how it works?
Not trying to be rude or anything but explaining exactly why photographers retain the rights. In addition to, well, it's my work I'm going to keep it. You're just a subject. That's all it is. The photographer does all the artistic work. And it takes knowledge, talent, skill and practice among other things to do it well.

carmen-
hello, i am keysnudist2014, how are you? i am a 20+ year resident of key west. i am an artist & writer-type, not really a photographer per se, but- BUT- i do love to take a lot of photos of my beach buddies at the beach.
my 'beach buddies' are usually female companions that go to geiger/boca chica beach with me any day that our schedules allow it. i go to the local 'nude beach' as often as i can. i take (primarily) female companions with me who are also into nudism. i have some pix i can show you if you are interested. i realize your post is a few years old & maybe you're not onto that project anymore, but to me this is worth replying to anyway.
no, i'm not a perv. no, i'm not looking to get you nude in front of a camera (in this case i use my ipod, takes great pix).
please feel free to respond to this post or send me a private message. i can also give you my yahoo, if you'd like.
thanks for your time,
keysnudist2014 key west, fl
