I have been to a nude beach, but for the first time I went to a nudist resort on 7/21/07. This resort is basically a campground atmosphere, but it is very clean and well maintained. I stayed about 3 hours and it was difficult to put my clothes back on to leave. There were some single men, several couples and some families, but quite a few people. I was by myself and, not knowing anyone, kept to myself. I sat by the pool and walked around the complex. They have a real nice nature trail and at no time did I feel uncomfortable. Almost everyone was nude and it felt really good to be around those people. I would highly recommend this place and I can't wait to go again!

Took my wife to Sunny Haven for the first time a few weeks back; although it was not her first nudist experience, this was her first nudist resort. It's definitely a "camping style" resort; so if you have an RV or camper, it's well worth the stop. There were a few couples there, some singles, and a handful of kids. My wife was taken by the laid-back, convivial atmosphere; and she had no problem getting naked and joining people in the pool area. We stayed about 6 hours.
I didn't get to do the nature trail; as my wife enjoyed the pool area so much we ran out of time. I would also recommend Sunny Haven.
