Uhm, well you can find videogames out there where you are body part shooting questionable stuff @ other body parts. Or one that looks like space invaders except the cannon is a penis and the invaders look like breasts. None of them I would say would be Kid Safe though.

I have questions for long time at home nudist. Do you sit on towels even when at home? Since starting to go nude within my home, I try to sit on towels but have to do the mad dash to pick them up when company comes to visit. I wear cotton briefs when sleeping due to using the restroom during the night. Old saying, "no matter how much you shake, always a drop left" is why I do this. Just can't stand the thought of a few drops on my leg or on the sheets. Does they type of furniture (vinyl, leather, cloth) make a difference in using a towel or not? What about Scotch Guard on the furniture? Would that or could that cause a reaction against bare skin?

I use a towel to sit on or I sit on a bathrobe. If you use a bathrobe when unexpected company comes over you don't have to worry about those mad dashes. You pick up what your sitting on and wear it.

I was just thinking of asking the same question Dave!!!
What we do is for normal at home no vistor use we have sheets on the couches/etc. If we know we are going to have vistors we rip the sheets off and viola.
Luckily all our family knows that is they don't call ahead we wont answer (Usually cause we are in the back and cant hear the front door anyway).

Besides the towel thing, being nude at my home has a different hazard, floor ac vents. Have one by my stove, one by my dresser, and one right behind me when I'm standing at my bathroom sink. I wake up really quick when the ac kicks on and I'm standing over one of those things while nude. It's nice in the winter and I can do a Marilyn Monroe to toast the chestnuts but my ac works too well in the summer.

If you have neighbors, get a two way radio. One of you stay inside with the curtains and blinds open and the other goes outside just outside the property line. Go window to window to see if the person outside can see the person on the inside. If the windows are tinted or are covered with screens, you may find you can leave the blinds open in the day time without fear of being seen(unless they trespass and press their face against your window). I can crack open my blinds with the curtains open and safely walk around nude inside. I don't do that at night. At night, all curtains and blinds are closed

Yes, we sit on towels most of the time. As far as the blinds go, we are able to have them open during the day without being seen, at night we close the blinds in front of the house but the back is pretty well private that we can leave those open completely of partially.
We've found that we can leave the blinds in front open partially and the view is obscured quite abit that you really can't tell we are nude.

Sailordave we sit on towels, and have a redily available supply for guests. We also have bath robes available when needed. We have curtains on the windows that offer privacy from the outside.

We do much like everyone else has been talking about: towels and bathrobes between us and the furniture. I like the idea of using sheets. That sounds more comfortable to sit on than towels, and you could buy cheap sheets intended just for that purpose and save the good sheets for sleeping on.
We find too that we can crack the blinds open and not worry about people looking in. We take into account the angle the blinds are pointing too -- if they're angled one way it may be easier for someone to see inside than if they're angled the other way. It's nice to have the extra daylight inside the house.
We're currently living in an apartment with no washer/dryer while we do some house-hunting. My wife told me to pass on to you guys that right now she would LOVE to live in a nudist resort because then she would have to spend almost no time doing laundry!! (Among other reasons, naturally!)

Philzer, Like the Avatar :) The sheets are nice to sit on. Just dont get white or black. We use Old Sheets that I have probably had since I was a lil boy, so they are NICE and comfy (That nice worn down smooth feel, not like new sheets that are itchy). If you dont have Old Old Sheets you can get them usually at a Thrift Store or you can buy high threadcount sheets but those are more expensive :)
