We drove by the place last night and people were standing outside and couldn't get in. We listened for a little then went on to the condo.
We didn't use all the sun trying to save you and Judy some. Jeff and Kitty will be here the week you come down too, they said they would hang with you guys next week if it's OK.

Hey JD.......We did catch Thackery, great show in a tiny venue. Had the "kite festival" today, got to see some real creative stuff, even caught a wedding on the beach. NSB is putting on a 7 week long beach festival, I posted the schedule below..............

Five more weeks and we'll be back for another week and of course we will miss JD and his wife again.

I truly hope that the Prof retires next June. We're keeping or fingers crossed.
When that happens, I'm also hopeful that we have a trip planned that routes us through FL so we can stay a few days and visit the beach and finally meet our good friends, Diger and the Mrs., in person.
That'll really set that vacation off right!

That would be great Fire, we had 6 couples and 2 kids in our group at the beach this year.
Next year we may have to shoot for a beach takeover. LOL

Hey....whazzup?? 9 months without any posts??? Well someone has to break ground for 2014......as usual we're headed to Apollo in 4 weeks, staying May 1-10 at the Sea Woods villa we've rented the past 4 years. Hope the water warms up by then!

Well ... the Prof is retiring in June of this year. We'll need to lay low for 6 months, see how we adjust to the huge cut in her pay and then we'll be hitting the traveling trail.

I will be missing the beach for spring break second time in about 12 years. Hopefully I can get down there again next year.

haven't been last couple years hopefully no one has stole the beach ,maybe this year i'll get down there. when i retired in 2007 i was supposed to have moved there but plans don't always work out but not giving up...

Only a week, Diger! Damn, now how is Angie and myself going to have enough non beach time to find your "Dream Beachside Retirement Compound"....I'll have to start working on that as soon as I do my taxes. Looks like Sailawaybob & maybe Warmskin need some help too!
