Definitely a "Occasional Nudist". The extent of my nudism is limited to a few local nude beaches last summer, but I am looking to travel and eventually upgrade to "Vacationing Nudist".
Warmskin - I also happen to fall under the "Libertarian Nudist" category! Lol, I wish there were more of us!

Hi Jay,
Obviously, you're a man of extreme intelligence and character. How did you manage this? Americans have inquiring minds.
Nudism is perhaps one of the best examples of libertarianism. No coercion, no harming others, or taking their property, and we have freedom of thought, choice, and action. What a way to live, Jay!
So, yes, I am that type of nudist. It's great to have sympatico company in here. The other folks are good people, too, but when you and I understand Jeffersonianism the way we do, it's hard to be modest. LOL
How far you can go without destroying from within what you are trying to defend from without?

I am a mix of a wannabe nudist and a home nudist.I am nude at home whenever I can,which unfortunately is not much because I live with my parents and my brother and at the same time I do quite a lot of research online, especially on this site

I'd say active cause i try to promote it to people (mostly friends)
I'm naked at home whenever possible
I go to the resort whenever i can afford the time and money to travel 60 miles to get there, but i've only been there 3 times ever, all in the past year

I am the backyard nudist but I want to change that.I want to be around others who love being nude as much as I do.I really love being nude outside the most.

Then there is the oenophile nudist. You'll find me in the wine-drinking section of the non-smoking section of the nude beach. ;-)

As are most of us, I can fit in multiple categories. Not a day goes by that I am not nude at home, even if it is just to sleep. I'm an occasional nudist in that I go to beaches, resorts and winter swims with non-landed clubs as schedule permits. Backyard nudist as well even though it takes a little setting up to provide privacy from neighbors just to sun on the deck. I envy the true backyard nudist that has a private backyard.

Types of nudists? Let me count the ways.
Guilty nudist - is nude only in the dark at home.
Nervous nudist - is nude at home, but with the help of Valium.
At Home Nudist - fine with nudity, but only at home, day or night.
Wilderness Nudist - nude faw away from anyone else; nude day or night
Tame Skinnydipper - will strip down, and is willing to skinnydip with someone else of their least favorite gender
Skinnydipper - will skinnydip with just one person of their favorite gender
Full Skinnydipper - will skinnydip with group of friends of both genders
Beachgoer - is fine at a nudist beach alone
Social beachgoer - is fine with nude friend of their favorite gender
Social Beachgoer - is fine with participating with others nude beachgoers in activities such as nude volleyball
Guilty Nude Resort Guest - has arrived at a nudist resort, but wears a disguise
Nervous Nude Resort Guest - has arrived, ready to be nude but with Valium
Nude Resort Guest - is okay with being nude with others, but it's not big deal to be there
Social Resort Guest - hogs the conversation at a conversation pool, and is seen at all times with people hanging around him or her
Edgy Resort Guest - has been tossed out of some nudist resorts for aggressive behavior
Ultimate Nudist - currently in jail for being nude
Super Ultimate Nudist - a silver-tounged nudist who has talked the other prisoners into becoming nudists at the prison, and also convinced the guards and warden to be nude at the prison

So far I'm a home nudist year-round. Much to my surprise the bare body can stay warmer than I ever thought in the house during colder months! I have had to use a light cover a few times while sitting, but if I'm up and around I have now problem staying warm enough. I'm learning something "nude" every day! Ha!
