HI
THIS IS JAYBEAR, I JUST JOINED THE OTHER DAY. I AM SOMEHOW RECIEVING TONS OF E-MAILS ABOUT POSTED TOPICS AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TURN THEM OFF... CAN ANYONE ASSIST?... ALSO I MENTIONED SOMEWHERE IN THE POSTINGS..OR MAYBE I E-MAILED "CHERYL" ABOUT A NEW CENTER I AM BUILDING IN CORTEZ COLORADO. IT WILL BE A CLUB HOUSE AND AVAILABLE TO GROUPS SUCH AS THIS ONE...AM LOOKING FOR DESIGN INPUT SUGGESTIONS AND ANY OTHER RELATED FEEDBACK...BUT I DONT KNOW WHERE OR HOW TO POST THIS.. PLEASE HELP! THANKS!

Regarding the new center, you could post something in the New nudist-friendly destinations, resorts and B&Bs forum.

I'm now an "old newbee" because I think I've been on here a couple weeks now. I would appreciate if someone would help me solve the mystery of how to get my personal photo (rated PG) to show up where my Avatar is now.
Since the ADMIN guy answered JAYBEAR WHEN HE TYPED IN ALL CAPS...maybe I can get noticed and answered here too :) Thanks for any info that will help me post my pic on my forum messages.

You add a custom avatar through your profile.
1] Be sure your filename is short, and has no spaces, only letters and numbers.
2] The largest size displayed is 100 x 100 pixels. Any image larger than that is a waste, since the browser will have to resize and the detail is not great.
3] Use Upload Avatar, then Choose Avater to make it active. Using Netscape to upload can be a problem. Try Internet Explorer instead.
4] An avatar that is not square can be correctly displayed by adjusting the ___x___ setting in your profile.
General rule for any photo appearing here is that the genitals cannot be more prominent than the face.

Thanks for the info, Mr. Admin. I appreciate it and I'll see if I can figure it out. For most people it's probably a 3 minute effort..I'm thinking with my computer skills I'll be able to accomplish this between now and the next Presidential elections lol.
Oh..and have no fear... if my genitals were more prominent than my face, I'd have some plastic surgery done immediately.
Seriously though...thanks for the instructions!

What is a photo subscription?? Tried to open a photo album and got message- you dont have photo subscription or something to that effect. How to straighten this out???

There is no such thing as a photo subscription.
A member can open a Member's Photo Album, but only after emailing a few sample photos to admin@nudist-resorts.org with the request (include your username). The Admin will open a photo album for you at his discretion.
Hint: If the main focus of your photo is your naked self (or someone else), you probably will not get an album to post in. We encourage photos only of nudist activities and destinations, NOT just nude bodies.
