Last July, we exchanged some posts about the different north Georgia resorts and you recommended I try Serendipity Park first. I followed your advice, and never went to the others because the people at Serendipity are such great folks! I've been a semi-regular since then.
About 6 weeks ago, I also took my best friend, Melanie, to the park. When I first told her about how I liked going there, she was shocked and surprised- I'm a pretty straightlaced guy. She had the usual perceptions (swinging, etc.) and I explained that it was a very family-oriented place. She gave it a try (first visit was a BIG adjustment) and she loved it- so much so that by the second visit she almost bought a home for sale in the park! She gripes when it is time to leave!
Anyway, we're back for the 10th anniversary there this weekend, and will have (as always) a great time.
I wanted to thank you for telling me about Paul, Stuart, and the rest of the great folks at Serendipity. I can easily see why they have won the award for friendliest resort 4 times in less than 10 years!
