While at the resort I recently visited, I used the fitness center a few times and discovered the joy of using a treadmill in the nude. I have purchased a treadmill for home and we will be canceling our gym membership which we have hardly ever used in the last year.
Anyone else like exercising in the nude?

Yep, thats one of the reasons I quit the gym, I much prefer to get my execise naked, and freehiking is the best way of all as far as I'm concerned.

Actually.......yes! We both enjoy exercising in the nude and do so all the time. We have a treadmill and an eliptical machine in our garage with a tv set up to help pass the time.
We are always nude with the exception of sneakers. Funny you should mention this. I'm at work and I talked to the Prof this morning and interupted her morning nude eliptical workout!
I'd love to add a room onto our home and make a full workout area with weights and a few other exercise pieces of equipment. We've got limited space right now and we've got a three car garage!!........I think we need to get rid of some junk and get our priorities straight!

My wife and I do yoga nude at our house several times per week. We love it and we are starting to see it catch on at some yoga studios (mostly just male attendance). It would be great to see nude yoga classes commonly offered at textiled studios. Most of the environments at real yoga studios can be made private so as to prevent a line of onlookers outside a window.
I am a runner and love to run nude when I have the chance. Don't really like treadmills that much. 2 weeks ago we were at Laguna Del Sol and I ran about 6 miles making several trips back and forth to the river and around the lake. It was fantastic.

I get out and run 6-10 miles nude as often as I can make it to Laguna del Sol. Very different from textile running...and a world away from a treadmill. Try to find a resort or club with enough room to let you run 5 miles or more...you'll be amazed at the freedom.

Of Course, the most traditionally nude exercise is still swimming. At Phi Nu, we have held five (so far) nude swims at a health spa in South Jersey. The weight rooms and other equipment have been open to us during those times, but were not as popular as the pool itself. More such events are scheduled for the coming Winter.

I do yoga and/or work with weights daily , nude. Yoga without the restriction of clothing is great even better out doors. AS someone else mentioned it would be nice to find a local studio that offers hot nude yoga.

I love to workout nude.I run in the woods nude as often as I can; I live in the midwest with high heat and humidity and even the new hi-tech fabrics don't equal mother nature's original outfit!
I also lift nude. Besides the obvious benefits, I find it helps me focus on what my body is doing while I am under the weight.

I have exercised naked for many years. Earlier, weightlifting and gymnastics; lately, hiking and swimming. Years ago I could walk down two flights of stairs on my hands. Now, I am glad I can on my legs and feet. Outdoor nudity is much better than indoor, but indoor is better than nothing.
Best Wishes, Jim

I had the chance to be at Laguna Del Sol over the labor day weekend. I ran 10 miles on Sat and Mon morning. It was really great. I saw a number of other runners and a lot of walkers. Almost all were nude and enjoying the excercise.

Always work out at home in the nude. I walk nude when possible. Far more comfortable than clothed

There are some exercise activities where some protective clothing may make sense. Certainly closed toe footwear around weights and machines.
