Long ago in summer of 84 i had visit the los angeles area and i found a beach north of there called Zuma Beach and it seemed okay but i heard years later that there or north of there is a nudist beach. Has anyone been to it or heard of it? When i was at Zuma i did not see any nudists so i did not slip out of my swim trunks. I think it was Zuma where its just across the st. from where Sunset Blvd. ends or maybe the other one south of there i visited where i think it was called Wayne or Will Rodgers beach and i wanted to swim there but i felt that i would look silly if i had because all i saw in the water was surfers and no swimmers. In the last year or so i heard of another beach that is c/o north of santa monica or malibu beaches. I cannot remember where i heard of it but maybe on the aanr site.
There was a very nice nude beach at Zuma. I was there in the mid-70's. Not so sure it's still there. At that time even parts of Venice Beach were nude. At Zuma, you walked south along the beach and hiked over and around some large rocks at the south end. On the other side was the nude beach. It used to get really crowded and was lots of fun, very social. Those were the days.
