Hi Swede, unless you are in an alternative lifestyle area like the north coast of New South Wales or certain inner city areas, you may well start a fight with your neighbours. If they can see you. Matt.
I don't know about the rest of the laws in Australia but is Western Australia we have a law that states, if you have a six foot fence surrounding your property and without two storey homes besides you where neighbours can look down on you then what you do in you back yard is your own business and you are not breaking the law.
If you are in your back yard that has a six foot fence surrounding your property and you are nude when your neighbour looks over the fence, then it is your neighbour that is breaking the privacy laws not you. There is nothing that they can do about it.
In Western Australia I am a part of a nudist club and there are times when I have other club members around at my home, there may be about 30 people at the time and we are all nude. Man!! I love the laws in Western Australia.
