I'm very new to social nudity and just recently I got my co worker (female) to come with me into the German sauna. Well, German Saunas are coed all the time. She was hesitant, but went anyway. Normally,we swim on a consistent basis and she finally saw me in a Speedo swimsuit, of which I was pretty apprehensive about. She was cool and didn't bat an eye. So, I asked her about the Sauna. She was ok with it and followed me into. I admit, I was nervous, but as long as we had towels around us, it was fine. This changed when we got into the warm immersion pool, without towels. It was fun and I hope to do it again. Being in the Sauna is a very relaxing event. Everyone should experience it at least once in their life.
