This lovely 35 acre park that is close to Myrtle Beach, SC just over the NC border in the Ocean Isle Beach/Shallotte, NC area is up for sale. It's just seven miles from the ocean.
It has a great pool, twin hot tubs, walking trail, sand volleyball court, a one-acre lake for paddle boating and canoeing. Good tenting sites as well as RV sites and park models. The large recently refurbished clubhouse is air conditioned.

Here's an opportunity for some of those younger naturists who are clamoring for outreach (see other forum) to step up and make a stand. Dissatisfied with the policies or activities or the music selections at other resorts? Run this one to suit your contemporaries! Better than a 401(k), real estate will never be worthless. If you are right about the things that will appeal to younger customers, you will thrive. We can be sure there will be plenty of support from all the rest of the naturist community, right guys?
