I am looking to buy either an operating nudist resort (complete with members) or suitable real estate on which to start a new one. Any leads would be appreciated.

Rich, If I hear of anything, I definitely will let you know. Land in Kershaw and Fairfield Counties in SC are not that expensive. Hugs, Cheri

You want to buy.... hmm. Well here is our situation. We are a naturist family and are looking at a 45 acre private lake on 100 acres currently for sale. It has an R2000 house and easy road access. Less than 2 hours from Ottawa and Kingston in Canada. The camp nearby is going downhill so we had toyed with the idea of attracting a dozen or so families to share maintenence costs while we managed the interest and payments on the principle. However there are too many variables and we could put our own finances at risk, so I was wondering about finding another naturist family to share the lake and cottage with. It seems like a really crazy scheme. We already host many naturist actitivities for our local club in our home because we have an indoor pool. (Canada has a very short outdoor swim season and our club has no landed location). We could manage it if we sold our home but we are not looking for a house so far away from the city. For us it really would be a cottage. Is it crazy to want a lake? TLC here in the land of a thousand lakes.

I would also be interested in purchasing property and or helping set up naturist site in a warm climate. I have 20 plus years as a building and grounds superintendent.

There are a number of resorts available. What is a price-range you can afford?

Rich- It's too bad you weren't in the market for a club when Swallows was up for sale. That was a big loss for nudism in Southern California.

Whispering Pines as well as Cedar Creek in South Carolina are both for sale; the sale of Cherokee/Cumberland is having problems as well

If somebody could set up a nudist resort/condo complex in South East Queensland (Australia, that would seriously suit me to the ground. We have a lot of cheap flights from Auckland to Brisbane so it would be easy for me to get to and the weather would support it very well. If I won lotto on the weekend, I'd do it myself
