Over here in the uk, we are fairly liberal as regards nudity. From the sixties onwards was called the sexual revolution. in someways i guess that has helped the naturist movement because nudist camps sprang up all over the place, but most people practiced in pvt and a lot still do, but more and more naturists came out the closet so to speak so naturism grew. Im not sure about the states and their policies toward naturism.
Do you think you need to revamp the laws on nudism or stay in the shadows.

I think you'll find that organised nudism goes way back before the 60's, the first club opened in the 1920's and there are numerous clubs still in existence which were set up in the 4 decades before the sexual revolution and flower power era. quote: From the CCBN web site
The First British Club
The first club with any kind of established home was founded near Wickford in Essex in the late summer of 1924. The club adopted the name of the Moonella Group from the club name of the owner of the ground, and called its site The Camp. Moonella, who was still living in 1965 but whose identity remains to be discovered, had inherited a house and land, heavily mortgaged, and in 1923 made it available to certain members of the New Gymnosophy Society.
The British Sun Bathing Society had been formed in February 1943, a surprising initiative in the dark days of the war. It took the place of the National Sun and Air Society, founded in 1930, which had been highly successful in the 1930s, but ceased to meet or exist about 1940.
There are over 130 landed clubs affiliated to CCBN, and many more that are not affiliated or are commercial resorts.
Naturism in Britain is quite well organised with some prestigious events such as the annual weekend at Alton towers and Nudefest in Cornwall, there are the CCBN organised beach meets too, have you been to any of these events?

warksman uk, "Do you think you need to revamp the laws on nudism or stay in the shadows."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the USA it likely wouldn't make any difference. Our justice system is not about justice as traditionally understood it is an oliogarchy implementing their society.
Best Wishes, Jim
