Hi
Just wanted to let you know that a new small group has been started in the Antelope Vally/ Apple Valley area.
The Idea is based on a group in Northern England to which My Wife and I were members before we re-located here. We meet in houses once a month for sociable conversation, Games ( all clean fun - Scrabble etc.) and some food. One Member has a small pool and soon a hot tub too. We are all true naturists and certainly not into the swinging etc.
We also intend to visit clubs in the area as a group when it's warm enough!
If any genuine naturists/Nudists are interested then please feel free to e-mail at phil@philsmatches.com
( The matches site is for my hobby building with matches- not a dating site!)

Phil & Sheri,
A couple of thoughts....is there no other nonlanded club in that area such as the Southern California Naturists Assn.? If it's not that close, you might think about some joint events. If it is close, isn't that sort of re-inventing the wheel? Just my two cents.

I can very much suggest affiliating with both AANR and TNS for not only the marketing assistance, but the security of belonging to a large organization that does help to fight and maintain the venues we have.

I can also make some other suggestions for new clubs as part of the Mentoring program of AANR. If you go to www.travelites.info and click on the "Cheri" tab, you'll learn a bit about me. It takes 20-30 hrs. a week to successfully run a nonlanded club. Travelites is now in its 21st year.
Regards and Best of Luck,
Cheri

Hi
Thanks for the information. We have had only 1 getogether so far and the second being this weekend so we hadn't got that far in actually going with affiliation quite yet. We are also in the high desert in Los Angeles county, The area is a commute area for LA an the surrounding cities. In fact we know of no other naturists in this area at all and we have now been here for 4 years.
This area is VERY conservative and also has the no public nudity law ijn this County so we don't want to attract officialdom at all. The idea at the moment is just to grow small and travel to nearby counties that have nudist parks etc. We will kepp in touch though if that's ok

Phil & Sheri, I will be happy to help where I can. You don't have to have any more than one person to affiliate with the nationals. Should a problem arise, they're there to help. Mail arrives with no indication of what's on the inside.

Ok we are up and running! We have had 4 meetings now and since we started a meetup.com site members are increasing in numbers. We have a full compliment of single males (4) now so please don't apply. Couples who live in the area are welcome and we also have newcomers to naturism who are joining in after being nervous at first - well weren't we all?

Did you realize that some of the affiliated "groups" are much less than what you espouse?

Take a look on the right side of the homepage. That's one good reason to have a stand alone website.

Phil and Sheri- Have you visited Silver Valley Sun Club at Newberry Springs, east of Barstow?
I was a charter member of the club and we had members from the Lancaster-Palmdale area.
