Cypress Cove in the Kissimmee, FL area to me is the Cadillac of east coast nudist resorts. It has any ammenity you might want.

Is this resort a very crowded resort and what age range tends to go there?

My wife & I just made our first nudist resort visit to Cypress Cove & really enjoyed our stay. The facilities are really great. We stayed in one of the motel rooms, which was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. All of the grounds and pool areas are beautiful.
Our visit was in the middle of the week, so it was not very busy. In fact, there was no one in the pool the first night we arrived. Later in the week, there were more people around. Everyone we met was friendly. There were mostly middle-age couples, although some families with children of various ages were there too.
We are definitely planning on returning, and would recommend Cypress Cove looking for a family-type resort

My wife and I have visited Cypress Cove during visits to the Orlando theme parks.

We consider it an above average family-oriented nudist destination. When its facilities were new, they probably set a new standard in nude resorts.

The setting is especially nice. The resort sits aside a large lake, upon which visitors can try out canoes or paddleboats. Overlooking the lake is a full service restaurant.

Although we have not yet stayed overnight, the motel rooms looked to be 20 or 30 years old and well maintained.

We have walked around the residential area while on site and felt quite comfortable.

The principal recreation area contains two pools, two hot tubs, a snack bar, a nice weight/exercise room and a game room.

The people at Cypress Cove were among the friendliest we have met during our visits to nude resorts.

We will return and we may try out the lodging during our next visit.

We can echo the remarks of Cheri. Cypress Cove is a "top notch" place. The best of everything. We have visited it many times and when we do go it's for a couple days. We stay in the motel which is always so clean and well maintained. The restaurant is great also with very reasonable pricing. Of course we try to go when there is a DJ dance at "Cheeks", which is always a lot of fun. I could go on an on about this resort, but suffice it to say that if you are ever in the Orlando area you would miss out by not going there.

thanks for the info, all

haven't heard much about cypress cove since the large scale resorts started; however, it is good to see that the friendliness and family oriented flavor have remained constant over the years.

Kim: Would highly recommend it. We just spent the last weekend there and had a great time. It was their 40th anniversity with tons of things to do.

I LOVE Cypress Cove. It is my favorite nudist resort in the country.

I particularly like the lake. It's very, very peaceful to just sit there on the beach and watch the birds circle or the cranes walk up and down the beach. Believe it or not, I've only been by the pool once in all the years I've been going, although Cheeks is a nice place to sit for a cool drink.

I also think the restaurant is great. We've never had a bad meal there and the service is friendly. The motel rooms are always clean and and serviced well by the housekeeping staff.

As for the surrounding area, well, you would have to stay there for three or more weeks to begin running out of things to do or see from Disney World or Old Town to the Aligator Zoo and the Air Boat and Helicopter rides

Darn, now I want to go on vacation!

Take care and ...

For those of you that didn't know, Cypress Cove Celibrated it's 40th Anniverisary this past weekend (April 16-18). I wasn't there on Friday, but heard they enjoyed themselves. It was a great turnout.. There was a band for the dance on Friday and Saturday, they were ok, but not for dancing, and a singer poolside in front of cheeks. Picturs were taken by the lake on Saturday, and the west pool on Sunday.
The Nudist Library had it's 25th. Any new or renewal member of the library recieved a copoon for any video available for $5.00. There was also a drawing for a prize.
All in All a good time was had by all
