Hi,
I am looking for a place to swim in Philly.I can drive around 30-40 miles from.DE would be fine too.Pls respod with info.I am also planning to meet like minded ppl.I am planning to try for the firt time and little nervous abt it.Pls help.

Phi Nu used to hold swims at Berlin NJ until new ownership converted the pool/spa to a 24/7 open format. Phi Nu is barely alive, and I got a very poor response on a house party I sponsored in August 09.
The Yahoo Group website "Philly Nudes" has been ancillary to the group, and some have rallied around swims in Maryland with MARNA. You can find the info at this Yahoo group.

Hello, I'm new to the nudist/naturalist scene, but I've been looking around this topic for some ideas on where to go. That being said, I'm a little disappointed that there's nothing closer to the Philly area. My ability to travel is limited to wherever public transportation can get me. The main problem I'm seeing so far in the more established places are the prices for membership (referring to Sky Farm and PennSylvan). According to AANR's website, I've looked over most of the possible locations, and many of them are simply too far, or cost too much. Although a little more research is needed as some of the places listed to not have a website.
Gunnison is looking like my best hope for now, although even that is a little bit out of the way. I'm really sad that Phi Nu is long gone, and even the Yahoo Group "Philly Nudes" seems to be missing. I feel like I've simply missed the timing.

Well, other than the Philly Naked Bike Ride that is. Still, having more than one time a year to enjoy the breeze would be nice.

Im really looking forward toto the 2013 Phily Naked Bike Ride, I couldn't go to the 2012 so im prepping for the 2013. Is there anyone one here considering going? I would really like to know someone there, rather then feeling awkward being there alone lol

Just me but, who knows. This kind of VERY public nudity isn't for everyone. I have my home mapped on some of my flickr pics. Being a nobody has it's perks.

Im totally fine with the public nudity, i just dont want to not know anyone. Either way im going lol ill have my new bike in a couple weeks then ill be all ready :)
