to the best of my knowledge , there are no ( legal ) naturist beaches in turkey. have been many times and never seen 100% skin. Being a muslim country you should take great care.However if you search uk sites you will come across a tour operator who offers gulet cruises in the buff , so you could arrange 7 days on board and another 7 on a textile beach/resort.
the only option is Patara beach near Kas... I was there several times last year... You have to walk nearly to the far-end of the beach... Whoever wants to try this year can contact me for more info
last weekend I was in Patara... there were only a guy and a couple on nudist side :) ... we chatted all day long and be friends... I love the place... you have to try :)
