I have a rural NC camp/RV park for sale near Raleigh and it would be perfect for nudist retreat (15 campsites, 2 B&B rooms and 6 RV hookups). But I don't know how to get the word out. Any ideas on how to advertise this? Details at AuctionFirst.com.

Take out an advertisement in the AANR Bulletin. Post here and other places such as the Commercial listings at www.netnude.com. Just a couple of idea.

By posting your message here gets good exposure.
Another venue is The Naturist Society:

They put out a quarterly color magazine and have a classified section.
Is your property at Bonlee, NC? I think I saw your property listed on auctionsfirst.com.

You might consider improving this thread with some good photos. If you send them to me, I'll be happy to insert them here after uploading them to our server.
More information always helps. You might not have mentioned enough here to motivate people to click to your main ad.
Also, people are lazy. Give them a direct link to the exact page where they will find your information.

The property is comprised of 26 acres, main house with 2200 sq ft and B&B wing (2 rooms share a bath), 15 campsites, 6 RV hookups, picnic pavilion, bathhouse (so clean you can eat off the floor), barn with sauna and lots of organic garden areas.
Property had been under contract last Fall for $700K and deal fell through 2 weeks prior to closing. Owners need $450,000 to walk away and are offering owner financing with a good down payment.

NC Country retreat for sale - how to advertise?
