Well, about nude life in the Philippines.
to start off with, there are over 7,000 islands here, and most of them have at least one beach and perhaps thousands of beaches. So I don't think any one can give the number of beaches here.
But just for our amusement, let's just say that there is an average of 100 beaches per island. that would run a total of 7 hundred beaches. The population of the Philippines is 82 million, so if by some miracle each and every Filipino decided to go to a beach all at the very same moment in time, that would be an average of 120 persons per beach.
However, never has there been a time that each and every single Filipino showed up at a beach of their choice at the same time. So let's say, that at any given point in time there is .5% of the total population at the any beach at any given time. That would be an average of .6 persons at the beach.
I said all that to say this. There are countless beaches one can go to to enjoy a nice nude day! Many, many beaches are so beautiful they are beyond belief. However, some of the best are not within 15 minutes walking distance once you arrive at the Manila airport. And some even may take quite a bit of effort, time and finances to get to.
There are many beaches that have great cottages that yu can stay at.

Regarding socializing with nude locals, it's not the best of circumstances.
I have lived and worked in 4 nations here in South East Asia, and I can tell you that in their mind...
NUDITY = SEX but
SEX DOESN'T ALWAYS = NUDITY
However, Filipinos may be a slight less so adamant on this thinking.
No matter how much you talk to them about the subject and trying to drive it into their heads that just because they may see you nude doesn't mean that you want to have sex with them.
Their reactions are to either one of the two extremes.
1) They think you are a pervert
2) They try to have sex with you.
It's only but a very few that seem to fall into the whole idea of nudity as we think of it.
But alas! In the three years, I have been able to build a small group of local friends that have been exposed to this life style, tried this life style and finally got ADDICTED to this life style. We're great friends, (group of 6, 4 guys and 2 girls) and so far nothing untoward has happened.
