Hi guys and gals, I live in Angeles City and I have found what may be an ideal location with full facilities near nice and cheap hotels from $15 and up with the best at about $100 a day, less for longer stays.
It is close to everything of interest here and yet it is remote enough to be discreet.
It can be rented by the day or overnight as well. Big enough to accommodate as many as 100 or more.
On another note this property looks like a great place to possibly buy in the near future but, if I did it on my own I would be a bit stretched. If anyone is interested, no pressure, let me know?

Hi, I wasn't actually looking for either? I was just trying to see if there was any interest in the idea?

I thought about the idea for a while even went to see a couple of properties, but its very difficult legally to run a nudist business, because the staff required to run a business are classes as public citizens and the law has a clear definition of no exposure of genitals in public. So technically even your staff would be required to be nudists. We have gone down the route of a social group hiring mini resorts for parties, private parties, it means we can't turn any profits, but at least I get to have a day in the buff. I make posts here and on truenudists.com under the user name "5757rayray", my real name is Ray :-)

RAY - Can you be a registered non profit organization and still collect funds, and spend the funds? There would be overhead costs the funds could be spent on.

The staff in the Thailand resorts wear clothes, so we do not see a problem. The resorts are clothing optional.

The problem presents itself from a different angle. We can register an non profit organisation or even a charity unfortunately this still puts our group in the business registration class, in fact all registrations for all types of organisation will expose us to the public domain classification. Its a very difficult one to navigate but basically to be nude in the Philippines can only be done in privacy or the private classification which is limited to nothing more than me having a party and having guests. Maybe in the beginning that's all that's needed, of course if anyone has bigger balls and is willing to run around in public naked to further the cause, I will be interested in the outcome :-)

I've been wanting to practice nudism here. Haven't got a chance to. It'd be nice if there was a place that I could lay it all. Somewhere that's accessible aside from home and some spas.

I will be new to the Philippines. Not sure of the property zoning requirements. In the US we submit for a conditional use permit for a venue. Is this required in the Philippines? To avoid any legal issues would a private membership be an option? This would avoid any public requirements?quote: Originally posted by bruceeverett
