There is a nudist resort about 50 miles east of downtown Indianapolis called Sun Shower Country Club. I imagine it would have the expected facilities that most resorts have. I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but at least it is one place that is reasonably convenient for you. This place is located about 1½ miles south of Centerville on US 40.
