Subject: Tiger Bay Club of Tallahassee Invites Naturists to Speak
In a positive development following from our joint media conference on July 7, the Tiger Bay Club, a well-known independent political forum, invited Shirley Mason of B.E.A.C.H.E.S. Foundation to address the issue of the AANR Youth Leadership Camps at a meeting held on Thursday July 31 in Tallahassee. Shirley requested Paul LeValley, author of the booklet "Naturists: Upholders of Strong Family Values", and Kyle and Marion Hofmann, youth camp participant and his grandmother, who were both at the July 7 meeting with Rep. Foley and the subsequent media conference, be invited to speak as well. Paul, a university professor, was involved at an early stage in the development of the Youth Leadership Camp concept, and his group, Tallahassee Naturally, annually hosts a nude Olympics for college students. He has also written articles appearing in N Magazine and other naturist publications.
