I'm going to Quebec University in Montreal during the Summer time. During my stay I really want to hitup the beaches close to Montreal, particularly the clothing optional ones!
I just want to go to a beach as a day trip and not an over night stay. So I guess resorts would be out of the question.
Could someone give me some opinions or help at finding some?
About 45 minutes west of Montreal off Hwy 640 in Oka Park is one of the best Nude beaches in North America. Just spent an incredible day there. It is a full Provincial Park with campgrounds, restaurant, store and a huge family beach area. However the eastern end of the beach, on the Ottawa River is designated nude. And this beach goes on for miles so if you are an avid beach walker, like us, you will love this beach. Also, the entire beach is sift white sand, the river is awesome to swim in. Locals also pull up their boats for a nude beach day. Very popular. The park entrance fee is $17 but thats it. The nude beach also has washroom facilities and on busy weekends has a snack bar. If you're in the Ottawa or Montreal area this is definitely worth a visit!
