No Topic Needed In This Thread - Topic-Free Zone
There was a good suggestion for an "off topic" topic, where the Admin won't gripe at you for ignoring the subject!
And so, drum roll please, the moment we have been waiting for has finally arrived! In this thread, and this thread only, it matters not what the subject is, nor if there was a subject in the first place. So, what's new with you?

Regarding the beauty of this former nudist resort, we agree. For this we have the architect/designer of the resort to thank, a family nudist who passed away in 2008, followed by his wife a year later. He worked hard to make a world class family nudist resort a reality for everyone.
But beauty isn't everything. When buying a car, most people look under the hood. They would interview the previous owner to ascertain the history of the car, and whether the critical parts have had any trouble. They might even take it to a shop to have a mechanic's opinion.
The several hundreds of people who own property at the 'resort that shall not be named' purchased under a written Covenant that the nudist nature of the resort shall never change, in accordance with the principles of social family nudism as defined by AANR, TNS, and INF. Properties were purchased under this agreement and homes were built ranging into the 500k's.
A lawsuit was threatened when management switched to a "lifestyle resort" business model, by courting swinger groups and sponsoring a booth at a large swinger convention. This year the resort is again a sponsor, and has increased its involvement.
The resort has launched a new website to support their new format and to promote the timeshare operation, which includes as its sole centerpiece a lengthy "How-To-Swing" FAQ. Here are two excerpts.
"All couples can freely engage in sexual activity with others with or without their primary partner present (open swinging). Those who do not wish to engage in any sexual activities with anyone else can chose to enjoy the voyeuristic and exhibitionistic aspects of the lifestyle."
This follows an earlier description of a "published rule" of the resort: "Overt sexual behavior, or the appearance of overt sexual behavior, is not permitted." The reason for the discrepancy is unclear. Here is the second excerpt.
"The main different between swingers and nudists is that nudist try extremely hard to make sure that they separate family nude recreation from any sort of sexual activities while swingers do not."
So, as it reads, swingers do not separate the family from sexual activities. This is a strange message to promote to the public.
Many of the original resort residents are outraged and disgusted at the unfolding of events, including the recent "porn" event on resort property. The promised litigation is likely to result.
The key word is discretion. Our organization is not opposed to lifestyle swingers attending nudist resorts, provided the nudist principles of good behavior, good reputation and absolute sexual discretion are always practiced. Where these principles are ignored we must withhold support.
It is not a nudist resort, but very open minded persons, dedicated lifestyle swingers, or nudists who always go to bed early might still enjoy this destination.
The above explanation should make it clear why this resort, and a few others following the same business model, are Off Topic for this forum. For this reason we reserve the right to delete any further comments promoting or criticizing these establishments.
