Please mark your calendars for Saturday, January 10, 2004 for the 2004 SWSA Mid-Winter Board meeting to be held at Natural Horisun http://www.naturalhorisun.com (NHI) in Needville, Texas. The business meeting will start at 9:00 AM Sharp. All SWSA clubs and members are invited to join us at the business meeting and participate in the other activities scheduled. The following is a tentative schedule for this event:

Saturday January 10 7:30 - 8:30 Breakfast 9:00 - 11:30 Business meeting 11:30 - 1:00 Lunch break 1:00 - 3:30 Resume business meeting 6:00 Begin serving dinner 8:00 - 12:00 Dance
Sunday January 11 8:00 - 9:00 Breakfast 9:00 - Any unfinished business or town hall meeting

Ground fees at NHI are $20 per day for AANR members and $26.65 for non AANR members. Tenting is free. RV sites are $5 per night. All prices include tax.
