Are there any good places to go around the daytona Beach area? Im new to the area and would like to find a nude beach or club to goto. If anyone can recomend a place pleas let me know. I have heard about Apollo beach but cant find it on a map to save my life.
flightguy its in new smyrna beach, go to the cavnaveral national park website think they have a map but if they don't all you need to do is get to the south side of beach off hwy 44 i think and head south till you get to to the nps gate then drive to the end of the road. get there early as small parking lot and a lot of nudist especially on weekends. parking fee $5. last i knew.
parking is $3. a person but can get a parking pass for $30-40. for a year, funny i looked at the site last night they mention nudity was illegal at playlinda but didn't mention apollo and only reason they mentioned playlinda because a county ordinance enforced by the sheriff not the nps
We got back from Apollo just before Easter and both parks were business as usual. Everyone had to get naked at lot 4 cause they had lot 5 closed for a shuttle launce the following Monday.
i don't know why they don't make lot 4 nude too i never see anyone using it except to park when lot 5 is full and i guess for the shuttle launch ( haven't seen yet).
