Nichiren Buddhism is a practice for oneself and for others happiness which is a inner transformation regarded as our human revolution.
The Buddha nature resides in each and everyone of us. Nichiren Buddhism teaches us to challenge every obstacle without fear. We do not pretend to be anyone but our true self.
Faith, Practice and Study will allow you to deepen understanding. However, you will not develop a sincere faith without actual proof of this practice in your life.
Your life is of more value than anything in the entire universe. What is most important is that we treasure and appreciate our lives.
If you doubt that you possess this power within you, challenge youself to chant for ten minutes twice a day for anything you are struggling with or would like to change. See the actual proof in your life. This I know to be true without fail.
Chant: Nam-myoho-renge-kyo
The translation is roughly "Devotion to the Mystic Law of Cause and Effect through Sound or spoken word.
It important that you chant not in your head but by using your voice to create the vibration or sound.
With or without clothes it is the heart that is the most important.
