Between the types of nudist clubs, some have property owned by the club, and others have no property and just meet at homes and nudist resorts. The "landed club" can have facilities for visiting nudists ranging from daytime sunbathing places to full service resorts.
See this topic for a complete list of "landed" nudist resorts.

Bill,
Naturism and Nudism are two isms that are probably a good idea
Cheers!

Lakesun Club Near Kingston Ontario
My first visit to Lakesun took place in May of 2010. I had discovered it in February and called the manager who took down my address and sent me a brochure. I was looking for a rustic area near Kingston and Lakesun fit both criteria, being both rustic and only a forty minute drive from my home. I called in May for an initial visit and on arrival at the site I buzzed the manager who shortly appeared, took down my information (driver’s license and AANR card) and directed me to a parking area. There she introduced me to the owner and gave me a map of the camp showing the beach and sunning area, camping areas, cabins, clubroom etc. I talked to the owner for a while and discovered that Hans (the owner) had started Lakesun 50 years ago and it was now managed by his daughter Rosemarie. When he first purchased the property it was both rocky and swampy and in contrast to most naturist camps he had to build land rather than a pool or lake area. He did a magnificent job and it is hard to believe that it was ever in such rough shape. I applied sunscreen and moved on to the sunning area where there were a few couples taking in the rays and another on the beach. I laid my towel on the ground and was soon joined by Hans who explained the history and philosophy of Lakesun which is living a naturist lifestyle within a naturalist and conservationist point of view. At the end of our quite long conversation he informed me that he thought I would fit in well as a single (widower) male. The following day I joined the Club. Since that time I have spent many nice days there and have met some great people, the members of course and some visitors and campers. Everyone I talked to thinks Lakesun is a wonderful and relaxing place to visit. Some members have seasonal trailer parking and spend weekends and holidays; visitors usually camp or rent one of the cottages. We hold occasional pot-luck dinners which are well attended and delicious. Volleyball tournaments are fun to watch as well as play (unfortunately my copd won’t allow me to play) and the warm and sheltered lake and beach are very welcome on a hot day. A craft show held in July was well attended and a lot of fun. Ages from 8 months to 80 years all enjoy the quiet, convivial atmosphere and I would urge anyone visiting this area to contact the club and find out for yourselves. www.lakesun.net

It sounds like a nice place Jack. The no dog rule on their web site will keep us away. Our cocker Rosey goes where we go.
