We have some friends who a nudist, and we never
tought of them to be swingers, but a couple of
years ago, they came out and told us they enjoyed both life styles.

Is this common? We have ventured off to a few
gatherings, and it is certainly interesting and we have met some very nice people and we have
become friendly with them, and have invited them
over to the house to use the spa etc.

Please let us know!!!

Thanks,

Remember we are only here for a short time, so let's have a goodd time.

We are nudists. I know of a few swinger couples and ex swingers and they are really great people. I'm friends with them because of who they are and not what they do in the privacy of their own home or their other friend's homes. What I respect is their right to do what they want and the respect these friends and some other swingers have to understand we don't do that and appreciate them not asking, hounding or hinting about trying it. I don't know the percentages but ... I'm sure there are nudists who are also swingers and swingers who are also nudists. I just wish swingers would call themselves what they are and not try and sugar coat what they do with the name ... "lifestylers." I have no problem telling people I am a NUDIST. I like to be nude, I live nude and I spend much of my time, living, recreating and socializing nude with other nude people. Why can't swingers just do the same thing? I'm not doing anything wrong or to harm anyone by being nude. I don't think a swingers actions harm me in anyway as long as they don't impose it on me ... so why be ashamed or afraid to just say ... you're a swinger? ;)

Loves being naked. Plays well with others!

I understand your angst, I think a lot of the people who swing, or have more open sexual relationships with others while married or in committed relationships, can sometimes disguise it because of the stigma many place on it. So they couch it in other more palatable terms. For years people used naturist instead of nudist because there was a stigma. Maybe their time will come that they can. Until then, I don't care what they call themselves.

Cheers.

You mean like some nudists sugarcoat their activities by calling themselves naturists? Pot, kettle, etc.

What people do in their own home, or with other consenting adults is their business. When swingers try to bring their lifestyle into nudism, and call it a form of nudism, then I have a problem.

And some "naturists" call themselves "skinny dippers." Swingers certainly don't have the market on "less offensive" names.

hI;

Our friends have never brought the "swinger activity to any nudist resort etc.

They have kept it quiet, and only their closest
friends know of their life style, and they don't force it on anyone.

We have gone with them to several social events, and we have met some interesting
people.

I have been a nudist 20+ years. It's very obvious to anyone that knows me. I am not sure why anyone would care what I do outside of being a nudist. The place I Greet at is 100% nude and aanr. Nudism and Swinging here cannot happen openly. Can it be discussed? Of course. I live in Vegas so yes there are other places and things I do that go beyond just being a nudist. I'm just not sure how the two can happen openly at an aanr location. Or are some offended because they nosy or jealous of what others do outside of nudism?

I am Nudist Greeter at three places in Las Vegas

Hurrah for Lisa! My wife and I have been nudists for something like 50 years, and swingers for 40 of those years. Yes, there are nudist resorts that are very, very, "strict" about AANR rules, and there are some that are much more "open minded." But guess what? In about half a century of visiting clubs and swinging, we have NEVER been at a "nudist club" where there has not been some swinging --- behind closed doors, of course. So, wake up and smell the coffee! We're here, and we're paying AANR dues, and we appreciate both the nudist and the swinging lifestyles.
