I live on a 2 acre property outside of the Calgary city limits in Alberta Canada. All the properties around me are 2 acre lots. I have trees which provide some privacy from the houses around me. I was just wondering what the law is regarding nude sunbathing. Because of the distance between the houses, one is not that visible in that they may see that you are nude but cannot see you in great detail. If someone noticed me walking in the nude on my property, is this a concern. Sun tanning in the nude is not an indecent act as far as I am concerned. Has anyone on this forum in the Calgary area had any issues with their neighbors?
