They do not show nudity here on the local channels, I guess they are afraid it will cause people to go out and rape and pillage. The only nudity you can see is on cable TV and that is usually lat at night. We do have a programe, naked news that is on at night, that is taped in Toronto.

Out of interest...
The two countries, Denmark and Japan, that produces the greatest of amount porngraphy per capita also have the LOWEST incidence of sexual assault... Go figure!

Naturist Video's,i have a few at home that if friends ask me questions about my nudist life and whats it all about i put one on and it shows them a rough idea of what its all about.Most of the videos i have are nudist holiday spots to visit in Australia and overseas.They are done in good taste and capture nudism at its best at resorts and nudist holiday areas.They dont look setup up with models everywhere just normal everyday people in them.Its helped my own family understand my lifestyle and why i go to nudist resorts for family holidays.

The program is a little corny and is kind of aimed at the sexual side of nudity. Its worth a laugh if you ever get to see an entire program.

Maybe I shouldn't ask, but I will anyway... are there any good videos that would be helpful to me? I read Spontanudity's remark that the producers need to read my posts to find out what it's really like to emerge into nudity. But surely there must be at least one that is worthy of watching. I need me an edjamication, you know? So if you know of any, I'll be happy to find it and watch it. Or maybe I should just publish my own little story once I become a professional nudist (like Cheri, who's been a nudist more years than I've been alive!!!)

I'm not sure there are many videos that are targeted at first timers. Most of the videos tend to be resort/location based or a general overview of a country or region. Saying that, Charlie Simmonds from Parafotos makes some very good movie style videos about naturism. Check out the following website for more information -> http://www.parafotos.co.uk/

I haven't seen any vidoes about first time nudists. The ones I have seen were showing the lifestyle, and what all goes on at a nudist resort. I think a first timers nudist video is a good idea, it might calm the fears or answer questions that someone contimplating naturism might have.

Yowza, nakednews looks a little nutty. I too think it doesn't look very naturistical. Hard to concentrate on the news since there's so much going on. And they show that on regular TV?! Looks like provocative stripping to me. For sure there must be a lot of textile boys and girls sneaking out of bed to catch that.

The naked news is an exhibitionist site. lol Its a comedy and spoof on the news. I just mentioned it because its about the ony nudity we can get on TV. I wonder how many coronaries there are when some people tune in the show late at night?

Kim, I think more people out there watch the nude or erotic shows on tv (cable channels) than they let on to others. In America, with our puritanical values, people will watch the shows or visit an internet site, but not admit it to others.
Also, there a lot of people who walk through the nude beach (sandy hook) I visit. It's just just to extend their walk along the beach, they are there to check out the nudists.

Do you think walking along the beach to "check-out the nudists" is acceptable? Is it merely people watching or ill intented gawking?
As for the naked news... Not its not very naturistic (hmmm... is that word ;).

Another website you could check out, though I don't think it has any first timer videos, is http://www.paradisevalleycreations.com. It has a lot of interesting videos on some of the activities that naturists do around the world and also a naturist calender. It seems that most of the videos take place in and around Europe.

Have you bought any of the videos? Its strange that they offer a only brief description of each and no other supporting information. They look to be a distributor as opposed to producers. Interestingly enough "Educating Julie" is in their catalog.
